ibs7 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

Welcome to ibs7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ibs7 ("we", "us", "our", "the platform") covering your access to and use of the ibs7 website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, and Promotions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the ibs7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact our support team before using the platform.

• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

ibs7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held pending verification. Any winnings generated by an account that is found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited.

3Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ibs7 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being withheld.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or name — is a serious breach of these Terms.

Your account login credentials (username and password) are your responsibility. Do not share your password with any other person. ibs7 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the access was made possible by your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

ibs7 may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

• Keep your password confidential and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Log out of the platform after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify our support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not allow any other person to use your ibs7 account or place bets on your behalf.

4Deposits

All deposits on ibs7 are processed in PKR. ibs7 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. ibs7 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your ibs7 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases processing may take longer due to technical delays at the payment provider's end. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

ibs7 does not accept cash deposits. All funds must be transferred electronically through the supported payment methods listed in your account. The platform reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the funds are from an illegitimate source.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your ibs7 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The following apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only, via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied.
• ibs7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account and may vary by payment method.

ibs7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times depend on your chosen payment method and provider processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process faster than bank transfers. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

ibs7 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The payment account receiving the withdrawal must belong to the registered account holder and match the name on the account. Withdrawals to unverified or mismatched accounts will be declined.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ibs7 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, sports reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 World Cup and other major Cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ibs7 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific rollover amount (e.g. 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Free spins winnings may have their own separate wagering requirement distinct from the deposit bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ibs7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms, or cancel a bonus that has been awarded, at any time and without prior notice, where abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been wagered, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

7Sports Betting Rules

ibs7 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports as made available on the platform. All bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movement.
• ibs7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
• In-play bets are subject to a short processing delay. Bets placed immediately before a significant in-match event (e.g. a wicket falling in Cricket) may be voided if the event had already occurred at the time of placement, even if the live feed had not yet reflected it.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary. These are displayed on each betting market.
• Parlays and accumulator bets are available on selected markets. All legs of a parlay must win for the bet to pay out, unless a specific each-way or partial cash-out option applies.
• ibs7 may limit, refuse or void bets at its sole discretion where irregular betting patterns, suspected match manipulation or technical errors are identified.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately after the relevant event result is confirmed. Disputed results will be reviewed against official data sources for the relevant sport. ibs7's decision on disputed bet outcomes is final.

8Casino & Games

ibs7 offers a range of casino products including Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Live Poker and game show formats), Slots, crash games and Bingo. All games are provided by third-party software providers whose own game rules apply alongside these Terms.

• Casino games are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, a physical dealing process conducted by real dealers and monitored by the game provider.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for Slots and other RNG games are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the individual game information where available.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a Casino session, the affected round may be voided. Any bets placed on a void round will be returned to your account balance.
• Strategies such as card counting, exploit use or any form of software-assisted play are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Bingo games run on a published schedule. Tickets must be purchased before the game starts. Late purchases are not accepted once a game has begun.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ibs7. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or any AI-assisted system to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in Casino games, especially in Live Poker formats.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses — including using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, or any behaviour designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing ibs7 staff, live dealers or other players in any chat or communication feature.

10Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
